"I changed my insurance carrier from Country Financial for one reason: horrific customer service. The coverage was excellent, but the customer service was gross, terrible, unfriendly, and unprofessional. What a relief it was to call Drew Mormann's office and speak with Megan. Her friendly attitude and joyful tone caused me to relax and release the tension that I had been carrying regarding my insurance policies almost immediately. Megan was patient with answering all of my questions and did not make me feel as if my concerns were a nuisance to her. She was professional, kind, responsive, and she followed up on everything that she said she would do without me having to remind her. She made the new policy process surprisingly smooth to the point where I asked her a few times (including today) if I was actually insured. I am not accustomed to processes such as these going as smoothly as they did with Megan. I highly recommend this office for your insurance needs based on the professionalism alone (a woman who answered the telephone today named Amy was also surprisingly friendly and very professional). And, if you have the lucky opportunity to work with Megan on your policy(ies), tell her that Passion sent you! :)"
